1235. Forgive and renovate your mind – daily bible verse
Forgive and renovate your mind – Ephesians 5:18-21, Matthew 4:4, Romans 12:2, Romans: 8:1, Romans 12:9-18
Ephesians 5:18-21
18 And be not drunk (to grow drunk) with wine, wherein (by which) is excess; but be filled (be filled, complete) with the Spirit (holy Spirit);
19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God (Christ).
Walk in love, sing songs to God and enjoy the good in your life
Matthew 4:4
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Romans 12:2
2 And be not conformed (shaped or fashioned) to this world (age): but be ye transformed (alter one’s bearing) by the renewing (renovation) of your mind (the organ of moral thinking), that ye may prove(to your proving) what is that (the) good, and acceptable (well pleasing), and perfect, (desired) will of God.
Romans: 8:1
8 There is therefore now no (not one) condemnation (judgement against) to them which are in (resting within) Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Romans 12:9-18
9 Let love be without dissimulation (unfeigned, without hypocrisy) . Abhor that which is (the) evil; cleave to that which is (the) good.
10 Be kindly affectioned (like a family) one to another with brotherly love (love for the brethern); in honour preferring one another (in every honorable matter leading one another on);
11 Not slothful (slow or tardy) in business (serious purpose); fervent (boiling hot) in spirit (holy spirit); serving the Lord;
12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant (steadfastly, with reverence) in prayer;
13 Distributing (communicating or partaking) to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality (kindness to strangers).
14 Bless them which persecute (try to see you in pain, injury, distress) you: bless, and curse not.
15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16 Be of the same mind (in brothers sympathy with) one toward another. Mind not (set affection on) high things (overwhelming: too much vanity or conceit), but condescend to men of low estate (the lowly ones). Be not wise in your own conceits (in your own eyes).
17 Recompense (repay) to no man evil for evil (vicious desires). Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
