1240. God’s power is infinite – daily bible verse
God’s power is infinite – Ephesians 6:12, Ephesians 6:10, Psalms 24:1-2, Jeremiah 32:17-20, Deuteronomy 1:30, Deuteronomy 3:22, Deuteronomy 20:4, Psalms 62:1-12
Ephesians 6:10-12
10 Finally (from henceforth), my brethren, be strong (empowered) in the Lord, and in the power (exhorted strength) of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand (as opposed to falling, stand fast, still) against the wiles (method, cunning device, craftiness) of the devil.
12 For we wrestle (for to us the wrestling is) not against flesh and blood (ie. human beings), but against principalities (the chief rule or ruler), against powers (delayed powers, the right and liberty to put forth power) against (towards) the rulers (world rulers) of the darkness (the present order of things) of this world, against (against) spiritual (hosts) wickedness (the wicked acting of the evil nature) in high places (the heavenliness).
Psalms 24:1-2
24 The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
Jeremiah 32:17-20
17 Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:
18 Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the Lord of hosts, is his name,
19 Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:
20 Which hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and hast made thee a name, as at this day;
Psalms 62:1-12
62 Truly (surely) my soul (I myself) waiteth (waiteth, in silence) upon God: from (for) him cometh my salvation.
2 He only (truly) is my rock and my salvation (safety from evils); he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
Psalms 62:4-9
5 My soul, wait (wait, in silence) thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
6 He only (truly) is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
7 In (upon) God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge (shelter from danger), is in God.
8 Trust (confide) in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
9 Surely (truly) men of low degree are vanity (a breath), and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.
10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
11 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power (strength) belongeth unto God.
12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy (grace): for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
