Be thankful in your position – Ephesians 3:19-21, Ephesians 4:21-24, Ephesians 4:1-3
Ephesians 3:19-21
19 And to know (experientially know) the love of Christ (the messiah), which passeth knowledge (gnosis – experiential knowledge), that ye might be filled (to fulfill, accomplish) with all the fulness of God.
20 Now unto him that (who) is able to do exceeding abundantly (infinitely beyond abundance) above all (things) that we ask or think (the implied pleading for cause), according to the power that worketh in us,
21 Un To him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
Ephesians 4:21-24
22 That ye put off (put away) concerning (with the ultimate purpose) the former (before) conversation (manner of life) the old man (Adam nature), which is corrupt (being corrupted) according to the deceitful lusts (sinful desires);
23 And be renewed (implies that the whole course of life now flows in a different direction) in the spirit (your spirit, desires, action) of your mind (reflective conscious);
24 And that ye put on the new man (new nature), (that) which after (along the same motion) God is (was) created in (remaining within) righteousness and (of the) true (truth) holiness (godliness).
Ephesians 4:1-3
4 I therefore, the prisoner of (resting within) the Lord (Jesus Christ), beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation (calling) wherewith ye are (were) called (summoned),
2 With (In company with) all lowliness (humility) and meekness (enduring with an even temper), with longsuffering, forbearing (bearing with) one another in (remaining within) love;
3 Endeavouring (studying) to keep the unity (oneness) of the Spirit (holy spirit) in (resting within) the bond (that which binds to together) of (the) peace.
