8-6-You-are-not-judge-your-own-self-01

You are not to judge your own self

You are not to judge your own self

Luke 6:36

36 Be ye therefore merciful (compassionate), as your Father also is merciful (compassionate).

37 Judge (to divide, separate, come to a decision, make a distinction, not merely sentence of condemnation but also a decision in anyone’s favor) not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete (measure) withal it shall be measured to you again.

You are not to judge anyone because that’s how you condemn yourself

Romans 2:2

Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

Judge not your own self

1 Corinthians 4:3

But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged (examined) of you, or of man’s judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.

We are the Jesus Christ’s

Romans 14:4

Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God (the Lord) is able to make him stand (hold him up).

Judge not your own self

1 Corinthians 4:3

But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man’s judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.

For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified (set forth as righteous): but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light (make known, publish) the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest (make visible) the counsels (determinations or resolve) of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Godly sorrow worketh a change in moral stance or moral position

2 Corinthians 7:10

10 For godly sorrow (grief) worketh repentance (a real change of mind from sin itself; change of moral thought: from sin nature to spiritual nature) to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

God will make you plenteous in every work

Deuteronomy 30:8

And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lordwill again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:

You are not to judge your own self
