Our new spiritual nature is life

Romans 8:8-10

⁸ So then they that are in (resting within) the flesh (the old nature) cannot (are not able to) please (be agreeable) God.

⁹ But ye are not in (resting within) the flesh (the old nature), but in (resting within) the Spirit (new spiritual nature), if so be that the Spirit (new nature of Christ) of God dwell in (resting within) you. Now if any man have not the Spirit (new spiritual nature) of Christ, he is none of his.

¹⁰ And if Christ be in (resting within) you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit (new spiritual nature) is life because of (on account of or because of) righteousness (Galations 3:11, Romans 1:17, Hebrews 10:38).

Romans 1:17

¹⁷ For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just (righteous) shall live by faith.
