God will make your plans come to pass

Psalms 37: 1-5

37 Fret (heat not thyself with vexation) not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

4 Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

5 Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

God will change your plans within your heart

Proverbs 16:1-3

16 The preparations (arrangements, plans) of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue (decree), is from the Lord.

Bullinger: “To man (pertain) the plans of his heart; but from Jehovah (comes) the final decree”

2 All the ways of a man are clean (pure) in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth (with moral and spiritual weights) the spirits.

3 Commit thy works (actions) unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established (stand fast, upright) .

Delight in God and your thoughts will come to pass

Psalms 37:4-5
