Mend or help others who have faulted, Sewing to the flesh vs spirt

Galations 6:1 “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering thyself lest though also be tempted.”

Bullinger translations:

  • overtaken: found out or detected
  • fault: misfall or mishap, a falling aside from duty
  • restore: make full ready, put in full order, refit, repair, restore
  • tempted: put to the test

Translation: Brethren, if a man be found out to have a mishap, ye which are spiritual, repair and put back kn order the person in the spirit of meekness, considering your own situation lest ye also be put to the test.

Galations 6:2 “Bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ (that ye love one another).”

Help those that have run into problems with meekness considering you’ll be tempted. Bear the burdens of others… If you want to treat people in a way that’ll have the best results, this is how God ants you to treat them.

Galations 6:7 “Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man south, that shall he also reap.”

Galations 6:8 “For he that south to his flesh (man’s natural state) shall of the flesh reap corruption: but he that south to the spirit shall of the spirit reap life everlasting,.

Whatever seed we chose to sow will determine the fruit produced. If you scatter seeds that puff you up, that’s selfish, behaves unseemly, rejoices in things contrary to good, then you’ll reap or produce vulgarity and ultimately nothing.. because you’ll die and actions will be vanity and vexation of spirt… or worthless. Yet, if you sow seeds to the spirit that spiritually edify, you’ll produce the following:

Galations 5:22 “But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,”

Galations 5:23 “meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
