Build the relationship with God – Romans 5:1, 10-15, Galatians 5:1

Romans 5:1, 10-15

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

10 For if, when we were enemies (object of enmity), we were reconciled (to change in a person, reconnected) to God by (out from) the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled (to change in a person, reconnected), we shall be saved by his life.

11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through (the dividing live) our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

12 Wherefore (on account of this), as (just as) by one man (genes homo: a human as distinct from an animal) sin entered into the world (arranged), and death by sin (by the means of sin, death); and so death passed (passed through) upon (unto) all men, for (because) that all have sinned:

13 (For until (continued until) the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed (charged, to put to or on an account) when there is no law.

14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude (likeness) of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure (a pattern) of him that was to come (the coming one) .

15 But not as the offence (sin, a falling aside), so also is the free gift (a gift of grace). For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by (the) one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation (the sentence pronounced against), but the free gift is of many offences unto justification (a righteous acquittal).

Galatians 5:1

Stand fast (stand, stand firm) therefore in the liberty (freedom to go where one wants) wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled (be held by anything) again with the yoke of bondage (servitude).
