788. The specific words of faith – daily bible verse
The specific words of faith – Romans 10:1-5, Romans 10:9-10, Psalms 120:1-3
10 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel (them) is, that they might be saved.
2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal (to boil, seethe: vehement passion)of God, but not according to knowledge (being acquainted).
3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness (the doing or being what is just or right), and going about (seeking) to establish (cause to stand) their own righteousness, have not submitted (not to understand, not to perceive) themselves
unto the righteousness of God.
4 For Christ (the messiah) is the end (fulfillment or completion) of the law for (motion to the end) righteousness to every one that believeth (to have faith).
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word (specific spoken words) of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
1 In my distress I cried unto the Lord, and he heard me.
2 Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.
3 What shall be given unto thee? or what shall be done unto thee, thou false tongue?
