Stand in grace – Galatians 4:1-9, Galatians 5:1-5

Galatians 4:1-9

Now I say, That the heir, as long as (for such time as) he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord (owner) of all;

But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.

Even so (so also) we, when we were children, were in bondage (enslaved) under the elements (elementary rules) of the world (the kosmos: the arrangement):

But when the fulness (of which it is full) of the time was come (came), God sent forth his Son, made (came into existence) of a woman, made under the law,

To redeem (to buy out) them that were under the law, that we might receive (in full) the adoption of sons (sonship).

And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit (new spiritual nature) of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Wherefore thou art no more (longer) a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ (through God).

But now, after that ye have known (experiential knowledge) God, or rather are known (experiential knowledge) of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

Galations 5:1-5

Stand fast therefore in the liberty (freedom to to go where one will) wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage (servitude).

Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.

For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

Christ is become of no effect unto you (Ye were severed from Christ), whosoever of you are justified by (in) the law; ye are fallen (off) from grace.

For we through the Spirit (operations of the holy spirit) wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
