We changed and laid aside our enmity – Romans 5:6-10

Romans 5:6-10

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ (Messiah) died for the ungodly.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet (for) peradventure (perhaps) for a good man some (one) would even dare to die.

But God commendeth (put together; to introduce to one’s acquaintance) his love toward (unto, in direction to) us, in that (because), while we were yet sinners (erring from the divine law), Christ (Messiah) died for us.

Much more then, being now justified (set froth as righteous) by (resting within) his blood, we shall be saved (to make sound) from wrath (anger with revenge) through him.

10 For if, when we were enemies (object of enmity), we were reconciled (to change against, change that the opposite party lays aside it’s enmity) God by (out from) the death of (out from) his Son, much more, being reconciled (reconnected), we shall be saved by (resting within) his life.
