Sacrifice of praise

Sacrifice of praise – Hebrews 13:15; Psalms 100

Hebrews 13:15

15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Psalms 100

100 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.

Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

I’m a little confused about the following. In the article it states under the subheading “Observations” that there may be multiple ways to avoid reporting and then lists bullets that I would presume to include ways to avoid reporting, but then states the following: “Only entities deriving limited liability through State or Tribal charter (in the case of domestic entities) or registration with State or Tribal authorities (in the case of foreign entities) are subject to reporting.” I understand this language to list an entity that is not exempt since it states at the end of the sentence “…are subject to reporting.” Can you please clarify? Thank you! Great article.Interesting article, except that it is based upon a legally incorrect premise: namely, that the Advisers Act does not grant the SEC general rulemaking authority. Section 211(a) of the Advisers Act states “The Commission shall have authority from time to time to make, issue, amend, and rescind such rules and regulations and such orders as are necessary or appropriate to the exercise of the functions and powers conferred upon the Commission” in the Advisers Act. But I definitely agree that a lot of the so-called antifraud rules should be reclassified under Section 211(a).
