The specific words of faith – Romans 10:8-10
Romans 10:4-5, 8-10
4 For Christ (the messiah) is the end (fulfillment or completion) of the law for (motion towards) righteousness to every one that believeth (to have faith).
5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by (by) them.
8 But what saith it? The word (specific words) is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word (specific words) of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess (agree, admit) with thy mouth the Lord Jesus (Jesus as Lord), and shalt believe in thine heart (the seat of life) that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (made sound, preserved safe).
10 For with the heart (seat of life) man believeth (it is believed) unto (motion to) righteousness; and with the mouth confession (it is confessed) is made unto (motion to) salvation.
