There is a time, yea a judgment time

There is a time, yea a judgment time – Ecclesiastes 8:5-8; 2 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 10:5

Ecclesiastes 8:5-8

Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel (know) no evil (breaking up that which is good; moral dipravity or corruption) thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.

Because to every purpose (desire, delight) there is time and judgment (a time, yea a judgment time), therefore the misery of man is great (heavy) upon him.

For he knoweth not that which shall be: for who can tell him when it shall be?

There is no man that hath power (might, control) over the spirit (soul) to retain (restrict, refrain) the spirit; neither hath he power (might, control) in the day of death: and there is no discharge (release) in that war; neither shall wickedness (morally wrong) deliver (escape, release) those that are given to it.

2 Peter 1:2

Grace (loving disposition) and peace (a state of undisturbed wellbeing) be multiplied (make you full) unto you through (through the instrument) the knowledge (epignosis: a true and personal relationship where you heed it’s advice) of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

2 Corinthians 10:5

Casting down (taking down) imaginations (reasoning), and every high thing (high position, height) that exalteth (lift up oneself) itself against the knowledge (gnosis: experiential learning) of God, and bringing into captivity (seek to lead captive) every thought (purposed though) to (motion towards) the obedience (a hearing attentively, listening attentively) of Christ;

There is a time, yea a judgment time
