To Judge – 2

PRESENT DAY – to judge (when reading the word)

When you read “judge” it is in regards to judging God’s judgement.. the ultimate judgement: who is going to heaven and who is going to hell.. You can deduce right and wrong, morally and ethically, just be aware that God and his son Jesus Christ (who sits in the judgement seat) is watching.

Ec 5:8 – “if thou seest the oppression of the poor and violent perverting of judgement and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the high reardeth; and there be higher than they.”

If you see a perversion of justice don’t be in awe, give it to God… knowing there is a higher power watching over the situation. You don’t have to worry or fear about it, just pray and be thankful God is watching and will ultimately decide what to do.

Lu 6:37 – “Judge not and ye shall not be judged, condemn not a nd ye shall not be condemned, forgive and ye shall be forgiven”

Condemn: Bullinger : to exercise right, order or law against anyone with definite signification, to pronounce judgement against, to condemn

Make not the final judgement on a person (ie: that person isn’t going to heaven) condemn not a person and be not condemned (don’t make final judgement on someone; again strengthing the argument) forgive and ye shall be forgiven (contrariwise, forgive and your Heavenly Father will forgive you). Its better to be in the state of grace than in the state of judgement. I am thankful for what Jesus Christ did for me and all the believers in order that we can live a guiltless life.
