With one mind and mouth glorify (recognize, honor, praise) God – Romans 15:1-7

Romans 15:1-7

15 We then that are strong ought to bear (to lift, carry) the infirmities (weakness, sickness) of the weak (no t able, not powerful, deficient in strength or power), and not to please (to be pleasing and acceptable) ourselves.

2 Let every one of us please (to be pleasing and acceptable to) his (the) neighbour for his good to edification (building up)

3 For even Christ pleased (to be pleasing and acceptable) not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches (reviling: treating with language of contempt) of them that reproached (reviling) thee fell on me.

4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience (patient enduring) and (the) comfort of the scriptures might have (the) hope.

5 Now the God of patience (patient enduring) and consolation (the comfort) grant (deliver, supply, commit) you to be likeminded (regard the same thing) one toward another (among yourselves) according to (with motion to) Christ Jesus:

6 That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify (to recognize, to honor, to praise) God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

7 Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
