You are born loved – 2 Corinthians 5:14-20
2 Corinthians 5:14-20
14 For the love of Christ (the messiah) constraineth (to hold, to keep together, secure) us; because we thus judge (judging this), that if one died for all, then were all dead (died):
15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth (no longer) live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
16 Wherefore henceforth (from now) know we no man (one) after (according to) the flesh: yea, though (even if) we have known Christ (the messiah) after (according to) the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more (no longer).
17 Therefore if any man be in (resting within) Christ (the messiah), he is (there is) a new creature (creation): old things (the ancient things) are passed away; behold, all things (they) are become new (freshly new, new bottle).
18 And all things (as a whole) are of God, who hath reconciled (reconnected) us to himself by Jesus Christ (the messiah), and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation (the reconnection);
19 … and hath committed (placed in) unto us the word (logos: the spoken words as connected to the inner thoughts) of reconciliation (the reconnection).
