Through Jesus Christ we have received the restoration to favor

Justified (set for as righteous) by faith or believing what you hear from God

Romans 5:1-2

5 Therefore being justified (set forth as righteous) by faith (believing), we have peace (state of undeserved well being) with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

2 By whom also we have (obtained) access (the introduction) by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Through Jesus Christ we have received the restoration to favor

Roman 5:7-11

7 For scarcely (with labor, pains; hence hardly) for a righteous man will one die: yet (for) peradventure (perhaps) for a good man some would even dare (venture) to die.

8 But God commendeth (put together, to introduce to one’s acquaintance) his love toward us, in that (because), while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

9 Much more then, being now justified (set forth as righteous) by his blood, we shall be saved (to make sound) from wrath (anger with revenge) through him.

10 For if, when we were enemies (objects of enmity), we were reconciled (to change agains anything; change that the opposite party lays aside his emnity) to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled (to change a person), we shall be saved by his life.

11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through (dia: the dividing line) our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement (restoration to favor).

Little Children, Romans, Your sins are forgiven you
