Psalms 19:1

Psalms 19:7-8
7 The law of the Lord (Jehovah: The God of Israel. El in relation to the covenant made with Abraham. The God of Israel through covenant) perfect, converting (returning) the soul (mental feelings, affections, and passions): the testimony (a solemn declaration or affirmations made for the purpose of establishing or proving some fact) of the Lord (Jehovah) is sure, making wise the simple (foolish).
8 The statutes (precepts) of the Lord (Jehovah) are right (righteous, just), rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.
Romans 13:8-9
8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
