Your sins are forgiven you: Death hath no more dominion over you

Death hath no more dominion over you

Romans 6:6-12

Knowing this, that our old man (fleshly nature) is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed (annulled), that henceforth we should not serve (be in bondage) sin.

For he that is dead (died) is freed (has been justified or cleared) from (away from) sin.

Now if we be dead (died together) with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:

Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion (strength, power in action) over him.

10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once (once and for all): but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

11 Likewise reckon (think or consider) ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

12 Let not sin therefore reign (have legal authority) in your mortal body, that ye should (for obeying) obey it in the lusts thereof (its sinful desires).

Have a true and real relationship with God

2 Peter 1:2

Grace (God’s loving disposition to you) and peace (the state of undisturbed wellbeing) be multiplied (make you full) unto you through (through the instrument of) the knowledge (epignosis: a real and true relationship with an object and heeding it’s advice) of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

Death hath no more dominion over you
